The most common and cost-effective delivery method. The container slides off the back of the truck directly onto your prepared surface.
Used when tilt-bed access is restricted or when precise placement is required. A crane lifts the container from the truck and places it on your site.
Arrange your own transport and pick up your container directly from our nearest depot. No delivery charge applies for self-pickup orders.
Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of order confirmation and full payment receipt. Actual delivery times depend on your location relative to our nearest depot, container availability, and any custom modifications requested.

Custom-modified containers (offices, kiosks, pools, homes, etc.) require additional fabrication time. Timelines depend on the scope of modifications. We provide a detailed production schedule with every custom quote, and you'll receive progress updates throughout the build.

The customer is responsible for ensuring the delivery site meets the following requirements. Failure to prepare the site may result in the driver being unable to deliver, and a re-delivery fee may apply.
If the delivery driver arrives and cannot safely deliver the container due to site access issues, unprepared surface, or obstructions, a failed delivery fee of $250–$500 may apply, plus the cost of rescheduling. We provide a detailed site preparation guide with every order confirmation to help you avoid this.
The delivery driver will place the container as close to your desired location as safely possible. However, exact placement cannot always be guaranteed with tilt-bed delivery due to ground conditions and site constraints. If you require precise placement, we recommend crane delivery.
Once the container is placed, the customer is responsible for any subsequent movement or repositioning. We can arrange crane services for repositioning at an additional cost.
Here's what to expect from order to delivery:
Once payment is received, your order is confirmed and you'll receive an email with your order details, delivery estimate, and site preparation guide.
Your container is assigned to the nearest depot. Our logistics team schedules the delivery truck and confirms a delivery window (typically a 2–3 day window).
The delivery driver will call you 24–48 hours before arrival to confirm the delivery date and time, and to verify site access and placement instructions.
The driver delivers and places the container at your designated location. You (or your representative) should be present to direct placement and inspect the container.
Inspect the container upon delivery. If you identify any issues that don't match the description, note them with the driver and contact us within 48 hours.
Once you're satisfied with the delivery, the container is yours. Our 30-day satisfaction guarantee covers any undisclosed defects discovered after delivery.
Containers are insured by Apex Container Group during transit from our depot to your delivery site. Our transit insurance covers:
Risk of loss or damage transfers from Apex Container Group to the buyer at the moment the container is successfully placed at the designated delivery site and the delivery driver departs. After this point, the buyer is responsible for insuring the container against damage, theft, or natural disasters.
For orders delivered to European Union member states, the following additional terms apply:
EU buyers are responsible for understanding and paying all import duties, VAT, and local taxes applicable in their country. These fees vary by country and are not controlled by Apex Container Group. We recommend consulting with a local customs broker if you are unsure about import fees for your country.
